FF1 recently found in closet! What grade would you give please?

It can be located at the site below. One owner. Was put in a box with other papers and stored until recently when husband saw a show on tv and got it out to take a look at it. There's no writing, tape, or coupon cutting. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
