I took a few pictures with my new 'daylight' bulbs to see how close I could get the coins photos to actual.. and they turned out pretty close. Sorry for the angled pictures and the fuzzy portions near the top rim, I don't have a camera stand (working on it).

That first pic is pretty tough to determine. looks like some marks on the truncation.

Can you get pictures where the whole coin is lit and in focus? What is going on at the base of the bust on the first one?
