1963 D Franklin Obv

I haven't gotten the reverse taken yet but here is the obverse. What do you think of the toning and how did it most likely occur? I liked it so I picked it up for cheap :). The album it is currently in was one I placed it in about midway through 2011.

I would say MS62 due to it being dull, unless the photo is hiding the luster. The toning is from the album and looks decent. Nice coin. If the luster is there then well MS64

The Reverse is blast white, and I believe would qualify for a FBL designation from NGC as there are no interruptions in the lines and not weakly struck either.
