Submitting 2012 ATB 5 coin set

What procedures are needed to submitt the 2012 ATB 5 coin set. Do I leave it in the U.S. Mint 5 coin holder or do I have to seperate them? What the time frame to qualify for the FIRST RELEASE LABEL instead of the EARLY RELEASE LABEL?

Thanks for the question. You may submit the 2012 ATB Silver Proof Set in the US Mint holder and we will remove the coins for you. The cutoff for the First Releases label is the same as for the Early Releases label: this set must be received by NGC by February 10, 2012.
