1896 O Quarter

What are your thoughts on this quarter? I know they are crappy scans but the coin isn't much different than the picture. Thoughts on value or is it only worth its metal value?

Usually a coin must have full rims to be a full good; however, the wear on the obverse keeps the coin from having good rims; however, the difference here is ever so slight. I'm of the opinion that it is probably close enough to be a G4 obverse. The reverse is full G4. I say G4.

 

Edited to add: It is a better date; I'd say it's worth about $20.

I feel pretty good then as i picked it up for $4.50!

Well, I would say AG3, but that elongated reverse is really unusual. I think that may hinder a grade.
