There is no viable way to distinguish between MS/PF 70 and 69 grades using an internet photograph as the differences are minor and trivial to most. Moreover, I doubt that 95% of coin collectors could tell the difference between a 70 and a 69 in hand.

Yes I am, well not 100%..Looks right, diameter is correct and weight is corect. However, I cannot guarantee that it is real until I bring it to NGC and have them grade it.
