Guess the grade and overton, graded by NGC

I don't think any of the problems are severe enough to bodybag it, but there are alot of problems on this one. I'm going to call it G details. I would not have bought this one.

I guessed VG-8, which is right for the details. It must be "silent net graded" to G-6 due to the old cleaning.
