Question: Name the coin that is unique to a series in terms of the mintmark.

Hint: Made for only one year. It is a "commemorative" though not by numismatic definition.

Although ineligible, I'll take a stab at it anyway. The 1996 W Dime meets this criteria, but I wouldn't call it commemorative.
