Sending in Mint and Proof sets to be graded

2 posts in this topic

Which is the best method to send in sets of Uncirculated Mint Sets and Proof sets to be graded.

1. Is is better to send in the entire set still in orignal packaging

2. Break them open and send them in using flips.

Thanks in advance

Dave,

Thanks for the question. It's really your choice -- we do not charge to crack coins out of the original Mint packaging and when we do, we place them in flips. If you'd like to save some time on your end, feel free to send them in the original Mint packaging.
