what meant of "OBV SCRATCHED" for a UNC Detailed Coin

Thanks for the question. UNC Details means that the coin has the amount of detail that you would expect from an Uncirculated coin, but some problem kept it from receiving a numeric grade. That problem is noted as OBV SCRATCHED, which means that the obverse (usually the "heads" side of a coin) is scratched.
