musty peace dollars

acquired a roll of peace silver dollars from an estate-some appear to be mint state and gradeable. However, all of them have a "musty" smell and appearance...its as if they are trying to grow moss on their surfaces...one is green. These were stored in a basement for over 50 years!! Do you think NCS can remove this contamination?

Without seeing the coins in question it would be difficult to answer your question definitively. Chances are we could at least improve the coins in appearance and gradeability.
