1925-D $2.50 Gold Eagle

I know these are hard to grade so I took a few pics to give you a better idea. I'm thinking MS-62?? It is in a plastic holder, didn't want to take it out. I would be VERY HAPPY if it was a MS-63, please let me know.

I take pictures with my cheapo digital camera through a loupe with the macro setting on and it works pretty well.

 

Your coin looks AU+ from what I can see. Surfaces on these are often problematic. These images aren't good enough to determine much though.

I tend to agree with Mark T. I'd say the coin is a very nice AU somewhere in the 55 to 58 range.

 

Here are a couple of coins from my collection that might help you.

 

This 1925-D is raw, but I would grade it AU-55.
