Started out Sunday with a late lunch.

Friends,

Sitting in J.Peters parking lot Sunday and Kamakazy pulls up in his car and parks next to us. Hopping out of the car towards me leaving the door open "here hold this" and back to his car. Ahhh, The famous sequential brown label 25th Aniv. 70s set. That would be the first set I have held in hand. He pulls out his black coin holder case, locks up the car and we head in for a bite. I had my wife Glenda with me and togeather we had a enjoyable meal and conversation on coins. My wife was carrying on the conversation well and kept picking up the Gold Eagles and Austrailia Roos. Kamakazy watches her and then tells me I need to get her started on a set. Hmmm maybe he will be up for a donation on this new decision of his (kidding).Kamakazy,---it was a pleasure meeting you bud

Today or tomarrow I will be getting a few more silver dimes for my set and this time with a twist. Todd would like me to grade a morgan before he sends it into NGC so it will be in the package that is shipped. This will be more enjoyable than trying to grade from pictures. I'll let you all know my opinion on the coin and then we'll see what NGC has to say.

HAPPY COIN COLLECTING

I guess I sent mine in for grading at the wrong time of year. NGC received them 11 days ago....they're still sitting there....Scheduled for grading. Hope to get some news this week......stay tuned........

Thinking I should have direct shipped them to NGC from the mint. The first sets I saw on ebay in 70 grades sold for $3500. Last night I saw a couple of auctions close without a bid....starting bid of $1700.

Being lucky enough to get 5 sets....I should be able to get 1 high grade set for my collection.

I'm sure NGC is doing the best they can......still, the waiting game is getting PAINFUL!

Good luck with your sets!!!!!!
