Changes to my Profile

I want to change the photo and info in my Forum Profile, and feel like a dope 'cause I can't. When I go into my Profile, there is nothing about the picture or a "submit" button as is in the Preference section. Am I missing something, or in the wrong place?

When you go to My Profile under My Stuff, you can scroll all the way to the bottom and there should be an option to choose a photo/upload an avatar.
