Quick question for members who submit coins to either TPG

Has anyone ever had a submission that was graded, and sent back from the TPG to the submitter, but was never delivered or "lost" ?

They ship back Registered mail, so there should never be a case where this happens.

This use to be the norm Jason, but at least pcgs has changed their policy to priority mail. Unless the submission has high valued coins, not toned washies, frankies.... that I deal with. But registered mail can still be used.

they are supposed to carry insurance at the level you valued coins at - and paid more for shipping because of values
