2 Fanam - Numeric Grading

I have a Double Fanam coin from Madras Presidency that seems to have some some characters missing, seems like very deep mechanical scratches. Not sure if it was how the coin was minted or if they were damaged. Below is a pic of the coin, any thoughts if it might get a numeric grading from NGC?

Thank you for the question. Unfortunately we would not be able to determine whether it could be numerically graded unless we see it in hand.
