Coin Shop Software

What software does coin shops use? I was at a coin shop today and wanted to trade a coin. They first used an internet software program it looked like with drop down boxes. Could not find the coin, so they went to the Grey Sheet, then Ebay. Does the software have presets in it say, set it so that the buyers only offer 80% of what the coin is worth? They only see the offers?

With the drop down boxes are you sure it was not an excel form using filters?

 

Maybe they keep the customers want list in there and were seeing if a customer wanted it before going to grey sheet
