1963 RAW Proof Franklin Half Dollar DCAM - $65 Reduced from $75 - Very nice Franklin Half with DEEP CAMEO contrast, the devices show heavy frosting. The fields do have some very light hairlines that would likely bring it down to a 66-67 DCAM grade.
