Public attendance Thu (PNG Day) and Fri was less than expected. Nevertheless, biz seemed generally brisk. As expected, nice material commanded really strong money on the floor as well as in auction. The concern is that the increasingly strong money for good stuff is also causing a strong upward price swing even for yucky material.

 

As usual, competition for the good stuff is vicious.

Before I had to leave for the airport, I met Wisconsin. I don't know if he comes here much, but he and I share an interest Bust dollars and halves. Didn't spend too much time with him, but it was nice to put a face finally to that name.

 

Also, the public foot traffic today was much like the other days. Don't know if it picked up afterwards.
