Will NGC remove coins from US Mint capsules or do they have to be removed ahead of time if you want to submit encapsulated coins for grading?

Thank you for the question. Yes, you can submit coins in the US Mint capsules and we will remove them at no additional charge. Unfortunately, we cannot return capsules after the coins have been removed.
