World Gold under $300

I have a 1820 ND 5 Rupees from Madras presidency which is valued under $150 as per NGC price guide. Can I submit it by Economy or Express or it should be submitted only through World Gold?

Thank you for the question. Yes, you can submit it under the World Value tier (equivalent to the US Economy tier), but keep in mind there is a five coin minimum.
