WTB: $100 Silver Note Packaging

I'm thinking of selling a couple pieces of silver if my trade ATS doesn't go thru. One I have is a 4oz silver $100 note. These came from the Washington Mint. They had a little case with a coa. When I bought mine, I just got it in the airtite w/o original packaging. Just wondering if anyone out there has an empty case and coa for one of these. They seem to sell better in the OP. Thanks!
