I've always loved this Conder token design and I wished I had a better example. It is a "cool" old copper piece of numismatic history! The pic is lightened a bit so that the words are legible:

Nice token! Got to be careful collecting those -- they could spiral out of control at any time.

all the other grandsons are nerds? haha

lol...yeah the bar isn't set very high when you are the ONLY grandson....but he's cool because he already has a start on a coin collection....a 2012 birth set and 2012 silver proof set..... Courtesy of someone......not saying who, but you can probably guess.

lol...yeah I remember the days of having two daughters and a wife in a 1 bathroom home. We moved to a 2 bath home and then I added on a 3rd and built another in my shop...sometimes I still had to go use the shop bathroom!

A coin that never was. This is a Fantasy Edward VIII Crown. I believe the attribution is actually wrong (as it's too high relief to be a Nobel piece). I think it is likely a Restrike Prooflike X-M2B piece by Geoffrey Hearn, mintage of 1000 pieces, or possibly the X-M2A Proof (mintage 100).

I guess it's theoretically classified as exonumia, but numismatic nonetheless.

Found these Ad's while doing research:

A 1906 Ad

Budweiser_Ad_1913_National_Mag_August_1913.jpg

A 1913 Ad

I know, I know. The Ad's above are not numismatically related. But what the hey? It's ok to venture out once in a while. :)
