Can the foreign substance (which appears to be glue) be successfully removed from this coin without ending up in a "details" holder? If possible, I ask that you respond via PM since this coin is currently listed on the web, and I am contemplating purchasing it provided that there is a reasonable probability of successfully conserving the coin.
