1994 Carolina Panthers Pure Silver Commemorative Coin ends this Sunday night (8/21/2011) on eBay!

 

This coin was minted by Chicagoland Enviroment (which I believe is now out of business) and was commissioned to commemorate the Panthers entrance into the NFL. I can't find out anymore information about these coins other than what is on the COA (shown at the auction) - and yes, I have been through a ton of internet searches. I can find a few search results on the Beatles Album coins that this same company produced but nothing on the Panthers coin or the Jacksonville Jaguars coin both of which were minted at the same time.
