Ever seen one of these? 1922-D (weak) Lincoln cent with DDR

Has anybody seen this before? Is this a DDR?

Just found this 1922-D (weak D) Lincoln cent. Nice coin all and all but the really interesting find was the doubled reverse.

PLURIBUS is re-cut. The doubling of the letters is rounded and rather high off the background field; not flat and shallow the way a double strike is.
