ANA Guess the Grade and Overton - 1819

I saw a lot of nice bust halves at the ANA in Chicago, but alas my budget would not permit me to buy most of them. But rather than come away empty handed, I bought this one for my Dansco album, to fill the empty 1819 hole! Any thoughts on grade and Overton are appreciated!

Est. Grade: vf-35/xf-40

 

Looks cleaned and retoned possibly.

Yes, it's definitely been cleaned, but I didn't pay much for it and it's got a new home in the album!

Its a 111 and either the pic is mushy and it has XF details, or it has VF details

Agree O-111. Low "E" in "States" is the main tell. I'll go with VF details.
