Palau Tiffany Art Series and Amber Chamber coin

Do you conserve the following coins?

 

1) Tiffany Art Series issued by Palau - These coins have a piece of Tiffany glass in it.

 

2) Amber Chamber issued by Palau - This coin has a piece of amber in it.

 

Both coins contain 2 ounces of silver on top of the glass (for Tiffany Series) and the amber (for Amber Chamber coin).

Modern coins with inclusions like the two you mention give further challenges to the conservators at NCS. Many time we are able to conserve such coins successfully but with other issues, the way the inclusion is attached to the coin prove to be too risky to conserve.
