i love the walker, i would want to cross it to NGC or PCGS and am concerned it wouldn't come back MS66

I have had the same thoughts, it is an amazing coin and in my opinion its a 66 but crossing it over you just never know. Many hold the old ANACS holders in high regard, but you have to buy the coin not the label. I do think the toning helped the grade. I bought it with the intention of collecting toned walkers, yeah right!! I quickly found out most have ugly toning and the nice ones go for sick money.
