Has anyone at NGS even hear of varities?

 

I compalained to NGC about the fact that they do not make room (slots) for major varities in competative sets. To be specific I asked for an additional slot for a 1902 silver 5 kopek, Bitkin #178 Small Crown or a #179 Large Crown and got the stunning reply from a Mr. Garcia that they don't recognize the difference and I should just enter the one with the highest grade. I guess I should just throw the other one away since it doesn't mean anything to NGC's way of thinking, no matter how rare or expensive it is. Does this kind of attitude anyone else off?
