1923 & 1928 $1 Red Seal

Recently, there has been a rise in the prices for the 1923 and 1928 United States red seals. Anyone have a prediction on what these type notes might bring in say...10 years with a minimum grade of VERY GOOD upward?

On eBay people pay more, and if they're crisp unc, they're actually worth more. If you get a group of about 50 or so, then you might have $125 against $100 in FV.
