Modern Tier question

I was wondering if there were a minimum number of coins that need to be submited under the Modern Tier? I know that under the modern tier that ngc hosts there is a five coin minimum and I was uncertian if that also applied to coins submited to NCS for conservation plus grading for the $22.50 each.

 

Any help in this would be greatly appreciated,
