Customs and FedEx

1 post in this topic

Hi,

I am a coin collector from Bangkok. Recently, I have submitted certain coins to NCS and/or NGC for conservation and grading via FedEx. It has appeared that those coins were sent and returned to me properly, but during the submision and the return, I would normally receive a notification that the US Customs and even Thai Customs needs more information on the items in the delivery package.

How should I display more details on the delivery box to prevent from this continuance problems? Should I attach a copy of the submission form on the box? Any other suggestion?

Thanks,

Kitti Pittayaporn

P.S. right now my new submission to NCS has been struck at the US Customs in AK and they again are asking for more information about the items in this shipment.
