Strange/Interesting Tone on my New Barber Half

Okay e1..what's your opinion--naturally re-toned over the years or aided by Taco Bell?

 

An addition for my F--VF Barber Set..it's a PCGS VF25..also the pictures are from the seller and not me so it may be a bit less "bruised" looking once it's in hand...Does it look NT or AT?.....

That was my first impression also. I'm not a fan of the look.

The coin has been cleaned or dipped and then likely retoned on its own and is overgraded, too. Aside from that, it's a peach.
