If all of the coins are shipped in the same box you will be charged for only one Registered Mail package.

It does. If you look at the top form of the Collectors Society/ANA submission form you can figure out the shipping & insurance for a combined package. You would just tally the total value of the box and the total number of coins in the box to figure out the exact shipping.
