1878 7TF Morgan over polished?

Hello friends; new to site and this is my 2nd post. I'm cherry picking my 70 Morgan coins to figure which is best too send off to ngc , this will be the first time I’ve sent anything to be graded.

This 1878-P Morgan 7f has a large gap between the right wing and some at top of left wing.

I've read articles here and several books, but still having problems nailing what this coins attributes are, so if Yall could help that would be great.

I believe coins is: (but not sure, being first coin I tried to grade myself)

II-2 OBV & B-2 REV

maybe vam 131?

coin dia: 37.97 & wieght: 26.78 gram
