Coonservation with grading

I sent silver coins to NCS for standard conservation with grading. The NCS invoice#5199067. now they were graded by NGC, the invoice# is 3540966. But we found they seems NO conservation at NGC website. Why?

on the other hand, this is my first submitting directly, is it free? if not,I have not get information to pay the bill.
