You could have bought the same AND gotten the 5 proof state quarters in original mint packaging for less than $15.

 

NGC says "Thank you very much", to the submitter of the proof set.

So! Maybe he wanted the graded set. Let's see........5 coins at $12.50 plus shipping and insurance both ways........$100 or so. He just saved himself $80.

awesome purchase

 

I always look at coins that are going for less than half of slabbing costs, and wonder if the submitter saw something the TPG did not, or if I am just getting a great deal

 

I think you got a great dealm and possibly a couple of those are close to 70

I saw, I liked, I bough. lol

There where several for sale that day, I got mine for $!7.50

The rest went for $80.00 now they where PR70 and silver But,

There where some state quarters in clad and they went for allot more that mine

And I like IT!!
