1959 Franklin.. whats your opinion on the grade it might receive?

I recently picked this coin up for spot as I was missing it in my folder. I thought it looked the best out of the group the dealer had for sale with its slight pastel toning. What grade do you think it deserves?

Looks AU. I wouldn't complain for spot.

I see some luster there but the photography is lacking. If there's some real luster that's just not catching the light correctly then I'd say you've got a shot at a 65, but with the photos lack of detail we can't really see the coin well enough.
