The true grade is probably "choice extremely-fine", but the TPGs try to force Sheldon grades down your throat, and would call it AU-something-something.

 

The REAL question is: :) How much do you want for it?

Easily MS63, but NGC could label it 64 or 65 and it wouldn't surprise me.

 

Is it a D&H 422 or 423a? That is the real question.

 

Here is my 422 for comparison which NGC called MS62RB:

I think I see a bit of wear on the reverse; however, even that isn't friction, then the coin is a MS63 to me, maybe MS64 on a good day. I think the coin is PL.

 

P.S. Even if that is wear on the reverse, I wouldn't be surprised to see this coin make it into an MS holder.

That's the hard to find one. I have three 423a's, but only one 422.

 

Remember when a major auction company listed their Conder Tokens as Condo Tokens? :grin:
