Hard to grade from the small photos. But I think the toning is pleasant.

toning on the one you have shown looks about normal from what I have seen of images of these coins on the web.

The images are too grainy to guess any more than MS-6X, probably 65-ish. But the toning looks delightful!

Looks fine to me! Yeah, maybe that's a fingerprint or two. But who cares? It's not prominent and doesn't distract.
