Coin Has "0" Points in my Registry Set - Why?

I was adding to one of my Registry Sets and noticed that one of the coins that had been in there for close to a year was scored with "0" points.

It's an NGC coin so that's not the problem.

The variety attribution is on the label so that shouldn't be the trouble.

I just don't know.

 

Suggestions more than welcome.
