1879 P 7TF Morgan. Grade? Any VAM's?

Here is a 1879 P 7TF Morgan. What grade would you give it? Any VAM's?

has a little more luster than in the picture. I know the 79p 7tf isn't a key coin, but would you gamble on sending it in?

All of the 79 Philly have the C3 reverse with 7TF. There are no NGC attributable VAM's for this date/mm if that is what you want to know.

It looks like a 64 to me.
