Can these Morgans be saved?

Some kind of "Haze" problem on the Obverse. Quick dip didn't help. Reverse is normal.

Next is a Gold plated Morgan. VAM-14.13, so rare. Can the plating be removed?

The obverse either has more plating then the reverse or is cleaned under the plating.

Unfortunately I can not determine what might be going on with your first coin from the image. That coin would have to be seen properly to give an evaluation. I can not recommend any home conservation method.

Generally we will not conserve a coin that has been plated. Generally the surfaces underneath are damaged by the plating severely. Your second coin would most likely not be conserved if it were submitted to NCS.
