Small spot of verdigris

I have a 1909-S VDB already in an NGC AU 53 BN holder, and on the reverse there are a couple of spots of green verdigris. Can NCS remove/conserve this and place it back in a no problem holder? I am very concerned as this is one of my most expensive of coins. Any help would be appreciated. Tony.
