It looks like it was struck slightly off-center. I can't help you with the grade, but is that pitting from corrosion?

Looks like it was buried for a while in an arid climate. The corrosion is irreversible unfortunately. Otherwise I think it's about AU. But do I detect a slight bend to the coin around the first star to the left of the date?

The cent is struck a little off-center and porous which is not unusual for copper with amount of age on it. At this time coins were struck in an open collar, so sometimes the planchets were not quite line up right with the piece was struck. It’s just a bit interesting, and does not affect the value of the piece.
