Hey, just a heads up - I'd be willing to bet that is not mint set toning. In 1961, mint sets were shipped in plastic.

Yep. That's why it is in quotes within the auction description. Looks just like "Mint Set" toning but as you are also aware, these were not packaged in cardboard mint sets.
