it does look natural to me with good eye appeal

 

and looks to me mid range vf

That's actually a darned nice dime, due to the die-state. VF-20.

I would go with VF-25 to VF-30 on the technical grade.

 

As far as the cleaning, its hard to tell with the flat lighting in the picture, but it looks to have been heavily dipped. Perhaps rubbing it with just the tiniest smidgen of olive oil (gently with your fingers) will help bring it back to life. Run under hot water after oiling, then pat dry with a soft cloth or paper towel.
