gold California commem coin/medal question

A couple of days ago someone, on some one of the usual message boards, posted a very nice looking gold California commemorative coin/medal. I cannot find it again.

 

Does anyone remember seeing this unique gold piece I'm thinking of? I can't remember all the images on it, but it had the obligatory bear, miner, sailing ship, etc.

 

Thanks for your help in finding this. Please post what gold California commems you may have.
