I know this is not a question but I wanted to personally Thank Melisa Solly for the great Customer Service she has provided to me. I must have pested her three times about a submission I just had and everytime she showed great professionalism and was very corteous. She answered all my questions and was very Helpful. NGC should be proud and honored to have someone like this on their staff. Thanks again Melisa and NGC for your great Customer Service.
